“During the recent annual water meter reading, I was informed that I had a leak which had increased my water bill substantially. The scheme assisted me in finding the leak and once I had it repaired, they informed me that I could avail of a leak allowance. Excellent customer service!! I have found that since this committee employed their new manager that the service has been exceptional in all my dealings with them”
We are in a very elevated area of the scheme and have occasionally suffered with water pressure problems. The recent installation of a new water booster station in our area has now resolved the issue and we are very happy with our consistent pressurised water supply and our water quality.
